At Agni Organics, we deal in organic and consumable products. Due to the nature of these items, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered.

No Returns or Refunds
- All sales are final
- Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded
- We do not accept returns for opened, unopened, or unused products, as they are consumable in nature
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- In rare cases, if you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and order details.
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Cash refunds are not provided.
